4. Inviting talent to join your team.

Given that you found the talent you want to add to your team, we contract the person, run payroll and tax services.

5. We continue our work.

We continue our work by arranging performance reviews and bonus, feedback sessions, training. This all is done in close cooperation with your team to create an Optimal Performance Zone.
